[412-code-talk] Getting this hooked up to a web form

Hi C,

You are the only subscriber to this list, but I'm doing some playing with
it so I can make a nice web form to allow folks to subscribe.

I built a bit of a page at https://Code.CLOH.org.

This mailing list should be the discussion point for that web site.

But, getting my theme and wordpress pages to talk to the mailserver is the
next hurdle.
