"IRAQ IS A DEBILITATED COUNTRY WITH A SHATTERED INFRASTRUCTURE, CRUMBLING SCHOOLS AND ALMOST NONEXISTENT HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICE SYSTEM," RICK SAYS. "THE VAST MAJORITY OF IRAQIS WANT THE SAME THINGS WE WANT: PEACE, SECURITY, JOBS, HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION FOR THEIR CHILDREN, THE ABILITY TO HOPE AND DREAM. INCREASINGLY, THEY ARE LOSING HOPE."
