I heard on the CT NPR news this am a quote from Mike DeRosa stating that the CT Green Party was considering suing the state of CT because the just passed campaign finance law made it more difficult for third parties to qualify for the ballot and receive matching funds.  There was a further quote saying that the two major parties have joined together to make it more difficult for third parties to participate in the electoral process.
