I have two questions about this listserve:

1. Who is the moderator?
2. How do I tell folks how they can subscribe?

NOTE: I am already a subscriber to this listserve. How do I tell others how 
to subscribe?

Please respond if you know or have any ideas as to the answers to these 
questions. I have been trying to find out for months.
