Go Green! Thanks to all who sent letters to Doug Schwartz demanding 
inclusion.

It appears that we may have moved QUPI. This is a major shift in his 
language, and while I'm not holding my breath, it looks positive.

We can hold off for a bit on the pressure to QUPI.
