Actually, one minor party CAN cross-endorse another minor party's candidate. 
But they both have to be established parties in the town. In Jean's case, 
she is running not on a party line, but simply as a petitioning candidate.

I know it's a somewhat different scenario, but does this mean that you could
run on the Green line as well as the independent line you petitioned onto?
