{news} Talks on universal health care insurance this evening

John Battista, M.D., President of the Connecticut Coalition for Universal Health Care, and Representative Chris Donovan, Majority Leader of the Connecticut House of Representatives, will be speaking this evening, Monday March 26th, from 7 pm to 9 pm before the Connecticut League of Women Voters at the First Church of Christ, 830 Corbin Ave., in New Britain.  Dr. Battista will be speaking on "The Case for National Health Insurance" while Representative Donovan will speak on "Universal Health Care Legislation in Connecticut."  The program is open to the public free of charge and will be broadcast on Connecticut Public TV at an unspecified future date.
