{news} Annual Convention Ballots at Printer

I just finished submitting the Annual Convention letter and ballot to our printer (USPS Mailing Online).  We are sending out a three-page letter/ballot to 1,699 addresses at a total cost of $1,365.60 ($752.66 for printing and $612.94 for postage).
 
The letters are scheduled to be printed and mailed this Saturday (April 5).
