{news} Ed DuBrule (not Dubrule), possible elector, lives in West Hartford not Hartford

I live in Hartford, not West Hartford.
(In the past I lived in West Hartford, and I use a West Hartford address--my father's house--for most of my mail.)
My last name has a capital "B" in it (DuBrule).
I didn't go to the Jan 8 SCC meeting and I don't know if I was selected as an elector.
