Handouts are the last thing you want. You are not trying to get votes until you have ballot access.

You need to spend no more than 15 seconds with a potential signature and it is the right to be on the ballot-nothing else.

If you are talking to potentials about the candidate than you will never make ballot access.

Take my advice, do not talk about the candidate or even the party.

Say to potential are you registered to vote in ct? Would you be willing to sign a petition to give. An independent the right to be on the ballot.

Ralph

Sounds like we have a few weeks of intense petitioning ahead for
ballot access. Sadly, I've been kind of out of the loop. Does our
state party have any kind of coordinated effort going to get those
signatures?

Do we have a booth at 3rd Thursday (this week!), and, if not, is it
too late to get one? What other events are coming up statewide?

Would it work to compile a list of 100 Greens (& friends) who might
commit to getting 100 sigs apiece? I can work on materials (& could
provide a handout by tomorrow), but have limited time to be out there
petitioning.

Just a bit of brainstorming here. Time is short.

Peace, Ronna
