{news} McKinney is registered write-in candidate in CT

I believe SOTS is overgeneralizing. The law they are citing is a state
statute applying to MUNICIPAL elections, NOT federal law for federal
elections. Yet they are applying it to McKinney and Clemente. We may have to
sue.
