Thanks, Barbara, for the notice, and thanks, Charlie, for the correction about 5 reps to the GPUS.  Just to be a stickler for accuracy, I want to point out that our bylaws require gender balance in the co-chairs; I don't want anyone to get the impression that we give females an advantage not given to males.  So the announcement should include the following addition in brackets:

> a) Three (3) co-chairpersons for CTGP: one needs to be female [and one needs to be male]; 

In practice, we usually have more male candidates than female, but the gender balance rule could also work the other way.
