SCC agenda to include the 8-28-09 decision by U.S. Federal Judge Underhill
regarding the lawsuit:

ACLU, Green Party of CT, S.M. DeRosa, et al vs State of Connecticut
regarding the 2005 CT Campaign Finance Law

was unconstitutional against the 1st Amendment and the 14th Amendment of the
U.S. Constitution.
