[TDA_wg] TDA WG discussions

Hi all,

It’s excellent to see the mailing list starting to get traffic.  As Elizabeth says we should consider how best to structure the WG to address the various issues such as nomenclature.  This was the argument for a commission in the first place since then each major topic would correspond to a WG of its own.  We can create subgroups as needed.

For the moment I suggest we handle different topics as different subject threads on the primary mailing list.  The list archive (https://pairlist10.pair.net/pipermail/tda_wg/ <https://pairlist10.pair.net/pipermail/tda_wg/>) can be viewed by thread or date, etc.  After a while we should get a sense for the major topical subdivisions (and squeakiest wheels) and can then consider a more formal structure.

This is a standard Mailman list and has the usual per-user features of daily digests, etc.
