[Thali-talk] How to Build

The way to build Thali has changed.

~/thali/build.gradle => global build. Will internally call build.gradle of each project/git repo: Couchbase, Tor, Thali, etc.
~/thali/Production/build.gradle  => build for just Thali

Tldr;

-        To do a global build, execute gradlew at the root level of the Thali project

-        Thereafter, if you only want to build the Thali project, execute the build.gradle under ~/thali/Production.
