Available from http://www.flaterco.com/xtide/files.html, updates to libtcd
and XTide 2.14 DEV improve support for Android, Windows, and DOS.

libtcd 2.2.6 release 2 (libtcd.so.1.0.1)

(Portability) Added --enable-lm_hard configure option to support ARM
Android.
Simplified and cleaned up the build processes for DOS and Visual Studio.

Absolutely nothing was changed in the library itself. This is simply a
repackaging and re-release of Version 2.2.6 with better build scripts and
updated documentation. It is not necessary to "upgrade" if a previous
release of Version 2.2.6 is already installed.

XTide 2.14 DEVELOPMENT (2014-10-26)

Changes since last snapshot:

- Fixed build process quirks occurring when X11 was missing or disabled.
   'make' and 'make install' now can succeed without X11.

- Generalized Android build script to handle mips and x86 target archs and
   to build xttpd as well as tide.

- Added new build script for Visual Studio. The Cygwin dependency is
removed
at the cost of using a pre-generated configuration. Zlib and libpng are now
built automatically with no mucking about in the Visual Studio IDE.

- Brought the DOS + DJGPP build up to speed.

Yet to do for 2.14 release:
      * Test current libgps.
      * Test libXaw3dXft.
      * Test all built binaries.
      * Test performance on old hardware.
      * Clean up and update documentation.
      * Post pre-built binaries.
