About OpenForum	English (USA)
North Hills Open Forum is for the use of NHCA members and others interested in our issues. Posts should focus on topics that impact on the quality of life in our area and city such as zoning laws, construction, the Caldecott Tunnel, vegetation management, emergency preparedness, traffic and parking problems etc. We invite members to use discretion posting messages to Open Forum and look forward to the exchange of ideas to benefit our neighborhood. Open Forum users should be civil to one another and avoid personal attacks. We don’t allow slander. We don’t allow foul language. We don’t allow advertising. We don’t allow threats of physical harm or expressions of personal hostility. If an online “discussion” appears to be bordering on argumentative, we will encourage the participants to take their discussion offline or into a private forum. If an Open Forum user in our opinion violates these rules, the NHCA reserves the right to “moderate” that user’s posts. Moderation gives Open Forum managers an opportunity to review the user’s future posts for appropriateness before allowing them to appear on the Forum. Subscribe to OpenForum by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.
