Coaches,
I had a conversation with head of customer support at Active Network this
afternoon. They are working on the TM and MM issues and have a plan in
motion to improve customer service and resolve the software issues. It will
take several weeks to get the issues resolved.
To assist there efforts I have put together a Google form to collect data
which is being shared with the VP over Customer Support on where the
greatest problems arise. They encourage coaches to keep reaching out to
them via email as well.
If you are having issues with either TM or MM please take a moment to
provide some feedback on the problems you are having.
