State Legislator will visit the ESL program in New Britain on Monday. The 
purpose of the visit is to cut the program funding by 76%. This means that many 
of the Hispanics Residents that wants to learn English will loose this 
opportunity. Please join with me on this day and rally in favor of the New Britain ESL 
program. Every person deserve the opportunity of learning. The rally will 
start at 9:00 AM on Monday, March 14, 2005. Bring your flyer supporting the ESL
