Hello,

Attached is the revised Strategy Plan (which incorporates facets the Action
Plan) discussed tonight at the SCC meeting. Many thanks to Kelly for
compiling this and all those involved in the Action Plan development as well
as those involved in the Strategy Sessions, both of which had a big impact
on this plan.
