Dear GPC,
I have booked the Torrington City Hall, Room 206A, November 21, 7-9pm for
the November Exec. Committee meeting.

Facilitator: Justine McCabe

Please be advised that the Executive Committee has not met since July 11,
2005. Despite what is written in the minutes, I have been available for
every Exec. Comm. meeting, coordinated the venue and facilitator for the
August through October meetings, and have reinforced to the other officers
of our responsibility to meet.

The EC meetings are open to other members as observers who are
always provided an opportunity to speak.

I will convene this meeting with our without the other officers and
encourage you to attend. In the absence of the secretary distributing a
draft agenda for this Exec. Comm. meeting, I will do so within 48 hours.
