registration fees. We apologize for the delay in sending out invoices to
those who have already registered. Please check the web site for the
list of participants and see if your names is on this list. If your name
is on the list, you are registered and will receive an invoice for
payment of the registration fee shortly.

The current list of participants is available
at: http://iaus339.ast.uct.ac.za/programme/list-of-participants/

*- Abstract submission deadline (31 August)
*
Abstracts for talks and posters should be sent to the co-chairs via
email [chairs_sh at timedomainastronomy.net
<mailto:chairs_sh at timedomainastronomy.net>] or via the online
registration portal* *by *August 31 [note the date change]*, because the
space for contributed talks is very limited. Later submissions will
still be accepted, and will be reviewed as poster contributions.

*- Workshops*

Suggestions and offers to hold “workshops” during the three afternoons
of the conference week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) are strongly
encouraged. The Symposium website lists those already received.
Workshop topics can be narrow or broad, or anything in between, rather
like “Birds of a Feather” sessions, and are best organized as primarily
round-table discussions. Suggestions need to identify at least one
organizer. Check the web site for details:
http://iaus339.ast.uct.ac.za/programme/workshops/

*- Invited speakers*

The list of invited speakers is available on the web site, covering a
broad range of topics. Check the web site for details:

*- Conference poster*

The conference poster can be downloaded
at: http://iaus339.ast.uct.ac.za/programme/poster/

*- Accommodation*

Stellenbosch is a small university town, and offers ample accommodation
spanning a range of prices. Participants need to make their own
bookings, and can do so on-line. Check the web site for details:
