[Thali-talk] Tor Onion Proxy Library - Please add support for Sdk 10

That code is hopelessly out of date. It is running an ancient version of Tor. Because Thali is currently focused on more device oriented P2P work we haven't been able to keep up with the Tor work. Our longer term plan is to actually create a Cordova Tor plugin that will run on iOS and Android but that work isn't scheduled because we haven't found a customer for it yet.

Learning more about what folks want it for is very useful in helping to motivate work and identify potential customers on our end. So if you are in a position to discuss your use case we'd love to hear what you want to use Tor for.
