[YARDStick] YS1 Not Recognized

Hello All!

I purchased a YS1 and am not able to get my computer to recognize the device using Zadig (Windows) or lsusb (Linux).  When plugged in, LED1 if off, LED2 is on and LED3 is on but very dim.  I placed the YS1 in boot loader mode by jumping header pins 7 and 9; however, this made no difference in the outcome.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
