[TDA_wg] Official IAU recognition

Hello IAU WG on Time Domain Astronomy!

As of 18 May 2015, the Working Group on Time Domain Astronomy is formally recognized by the IAU:

Mostly this page just points back to the original WG page:

but also allows clicking through to member pages, etc.  The IAU only lists the WG members who are current IAU members.  Those who have applied for this General Assembly should appear automatically after the GA and we will assist in arranging IAU Associate status for others at that point.  As far as the WG itself is concerned there is no distinction between IAU Member or IAU Associate.

The intent is to use the period leading up to the GA to establish the WG as a forum for time domain activities of all types.  Comments, questions and revolutionary zeal welcome.
