I don't know anything about Windows - and I've never run VirtualBox
under Windows, but my guess is you shouldn't have to do anything in
Windows - it's VirtualBox and Fedora you have to configure.

Ensure you have VirtualBox Extension Pack installed so you can use USB
devices attached to your machine inside of VirtualBox.

In VirtualBox under the Settings menu for Fedora, configure the USB
devices under the USB tab, i.e, you may have to enable the USB
controller and then select the YardStick.

If the USB controller wasn't enabled when you started Fedora, you may
have to restart Fedora.

Once VirtualBox is configured, then unplug the YardStick and then plug
it back in - this lets VirtualBox know you want to use the YardStick
with Fedora and not Windows.

Once your ducks are lined up, go to terminal window in Fedora and type

  lsusb

and you see the following on the right hand side of the output -
although the numbers may be different

  1d50:605b OpenMoko, Inc.

Once you can see the device in Fedora, then you have to ensure libUSB,
python, bitstrings (this is actually optional), and rfcat are installed.

If you get libUSB error, then you have to install

  ./rfcat_150225/etc/udev/rules.d/20-rfcat.rules

in the source directory into

  /etc/udev/rules.d

on Fedora.

Then type

  udevadm control --reload

It's possible the above command is different on Fedora and may not work
- in which case you can just reboot the machine.
